We’re sorry your item(s) have damage!

All our products go through a thorough quality check before being dispatched. However, in rare cases, issues may slip through. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the affected items. We’ll assist you with a return, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

While we may not be able to guarantee your exact order is replaced due to potential stock issues, we’ll be sure to resolve the situation as best we can!
