Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange through our returns portal. Once your return is initiated you have 7 days to send the item back using the provided return label.
Returns costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and are to be paid for by the buyer.
Return Options
When submitting your return request, you can choose from:
Refund (issued to the original payment method)
Store Credit
Exchange (subject to availability)
Return Guidelines
Items must be returned in their original packaging and unworn, or the return will not be accepted.
Initial shipping costs for returns or missed deliveries are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for loss or damage during return shipment.
Items damaged during transit will be sent back to you.
Processing Time
Returns are generally processed within 5 business days after being received by our Returns Department.
Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund or store credit to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchange orders are dispatched once the returned item has been received and reviewed by our Returns Department. You will be notified as soon as your exchange has been shipped.
Sale Returns Policy
Sale items are not eligible for refunds and can only be exchanged.
Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days and items returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and exchanges are subject to availability.
