Returns

If there is a defect or an issue with your order, or if it is not what you expected, please follow the instructions in our returns portal to arrange a return or exchange.

For all orders, the portal will remain active for 14 days after your order is delivered. once you initiate the return, you will have 7 days to use the provided return slip.

Sale items

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded, but may be exchanged within 14 days.

Important guidelines for returns

• Items must be returned in their original packaging and unworn, or the return will not be accepted.

• Initial shipping costs for returns or missed deliveries are non-refundable.

• We are not responsible for loss or damage during return shipment.

• Items damaged during transit will be sent back to you.
