Please go to our returns portal here.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging with swing tags attached.

For all orders, the portal will remain active for 14 days after your order is delivered. Once you initiate the return, you will have 7 days to use the provided return slip.

Refund process

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. If the return is not approved and there are clear signs of wear, the item will be returned back to you.

Non-Returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, final sale, or other reasons. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.

Sale Items

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded, but may be exchanged within 14 days.
