What if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?Updated 2 months ago

Lost packages

While we take great care to ensure your package arrives safely, sometimes issues can occur during transit. If your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible. We will ask you to sign a form, which allows us to claim the return on your behalf. Once signed and dependent on stock, we will dispatch another order to replace the lost one.


Damaged packages

We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please report to our customer support team at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the order and include photos of the damaged items or package.

We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
